​Clare is a qualified medical herbalist, forager, massage therapist and clinical aromatherapist. She is the co-author of Scotland's Wild Medicine: Reconnecting with Nature for Health, wellbeing and healing. Clare offers talks, walks and workshops in herbal medicine and foraging, practices in Lochaline, in person or online, and monthly at the Lochaber Complementary Health Clinic in Fort William in the West Highlands of Scotland.

Clare is a member of The National Institute of Medical Herbalists and is fully professionally insured.
​
Clare is available for consultations, by appointment in Fort William or Lochaline. Online appointments can be arranged if you struggle to get out and about.
